  1.    Does the fax work with the included 'dos' software? We can help you with
  2. that  if it doesn't, or use that to decide if there is a modem problem.  If
  3. the  dos software works, then Delrina must handle the more advanced  Winfax
  4. Pro questions. Also, Delrina did have to 'patch' some VERY EARLY Winfax Pro
  5. to work with the latest 14,400 faxmodems. So you may need that patch if you
  6. have an EARLY Winfax.
  7.       If  the  included  dos software does not work (and it  is  a  current
  8. version) then the modem may have a problem.
